As required commissioning

You can commission us for one-off services, for example, Policy Development & Review or a Safeguarding Audit. Together we will agree the objectives and scope of the task, after which we will send you our proposed Engagement Agreement for your consideration. The proposed Engagement Agreement will include: Work programme summary, start and completion date, costs and deliverables. Once agreed we will commence work according to the Engagement Agreement.

Service Level Agreement

Where we have been asked to provide support with the assessment and review of care and accommodation providers, our clients find that they derive best value from a service level agreement and retainer, in so doing we are available to them for the whole range of services we provide and so they call upon us to develop and review policy, consult and train their care and accommodation providers and staff and complete safeguarding investigations as required.
