Safeguarding Audits and Service Review
Our clients know that safeguarding audits are an integral component within a quality assurance framework. The goal of the audit is to help our clients to determine the extent to which they meet and excel given standards and through a risk-based approach to identify and evaluate hazards, their likelihood and potential impact upon the club’s ability to sustain its competitive advantage. Our clients look to us for evidence-based audits that add value by charting a path to improvement. We work collaboratively with clients to define the scope of the audit or service review. And when the Terms of Reference are agreed, we complete the audit or service review and will offer clear recommendations for consideration.
Independent Investigations
Our clients know the importance of a thorough, evidence-based investigation. Our investigation service offers the assurance our clients need. They rely upon our experience, knowledge, and skills to support them to define the scope of the investigation. And once the Terms of Reference are agreed, they trust us to complete the investigation in a timely manner and deliver the findings that enable them to complete their risk assessments and implement the desired risk measures.

Recruitment, selection, assessment & review of care and accommodation providers
Our clients need to recruit and select the right people to provide care and accommodation for their elite athletes and turn to us to support them to analyse the data, observe the trends and shape their recruitment strategy.
Once they have recruited, our clients need rigorous processes to collate and analyse data and make evidence-based recommendations about the suitability of applicants to become registered care and accommodation providers. Thereafter, an annual review is needed to assure the provider’s continued suitability. Our clients rely upon our expertise developed from undertaking complex assessments in safeguarding contexts, to assess and then subsequently review annually their care and accommodation providers

Independent Social Work
Those who commission us need expert witness assessments in family proceedings. We specialise in assessment of parenting, particularly so where concerns arise regarding attachment, mental health & personality disorder, substance misuse, and domestic abuse. We also provide Reunification and “Together or Apart” Assessments to advise the court on children’s placement options.
